- We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with NBFCs and Fintech partners.

- The role involves client relationship management, revenue ownership, coordination with internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NBFC and Fintech clients.

- Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

- Business Growth & Expansion.

- Analyze partner data to identify growth opportunities and gaps.

- Proactively pitch new products, features, or solutions aligned with client needs in lending, payments, or compliance.

- Coordinate with internal Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.

- Ensure timely issue resolution and seamless partner experience.

- Revenue & P&L Ownership.

- Own revenue targets for assigned accounts.

- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly targets.

- Market & Regulatory Awareness.

- Stay updated on RBI regulations and compliance requirements impacting NBFCs.

- Keep track of trends in the Fintech ecosystem such as UPI, digital lending, and regulatory changes.

Candidate Profile:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in NBFCs, Fintech, or Financial Services.

- Strong understanding of lending, payments, or compliance-driven products.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with tech and business teams.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on growth and revenue ownership.
