Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to be part of our CEO's office and provide critical support to our CEO and the executive leadership team in driving strategic business initiatives and managing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that support the OLA's growth and success. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, managing critical projects, and ensuring the CEO is informed and prepared for key decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and insights to help drive the company's growth and success. - Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and priorities. - Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication, working with leaders across the organization to ensure effective execution of key initiatives. - Manage critical projects and initiatives, driving timely and effective implementation and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Identify key business opportunities and challenges, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, to ensure alignment with the company's mission and objectives. - Manage and lead special projects, as assigned by the CEO, ensuring successful completion and effective communication of results. - Run the governance model for Ola & provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and senior leadership team on key business metrics, project status, and other critical information. Requirements: - MBA from a reputed top B-school. - 10+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar strategic role in a high-growth company. - Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives, with a track record of driving growth and success in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop data-driven insights and recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely and effective manner. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
