Role : Director - Financial Planning & Analysis Location : Bangalore, Karnataka Key Responsibilities : - Preparation of weekly and monthly MIS reports with variance analysis - Preparation of forecasts for short-term and long-term plans / Scenario Analysis / Financial Modeling basis the business assumptions - Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process - Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance - Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance - Working capital management for the Group including evaluation/calculations for the working capital loans, and preparation of CMA reports for Banks - Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions Whom are we looking for ? - CA or MBA finance (From premium institutes) - 9+ years of experience post-qualification handling the FP&A function in large/medium-scale organizations - Hands-on experience with SAP - A person with Google sheet knowledge is an added advantage - Experience in the Manufacturing Sector would be an added advantage
