This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in structured, SLA-driven environments and brings a strong delivery mindset to complex, multi-stream operations.

What Youll Own:

- End-to-end delivery across Power BI reporting, Databricks pipelines, and field alert systems.

- Governance of SLA adherence, quality control, and operational efficiency across workstreams.

- Stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and delivery assurance.

- Team leadership across data engineers, analysts, and ops specialists.

- Continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and process standardization.

Key Tech Stack & Domains:

- Power BI: report refreshes, publishing workflows, workspace governance.

- Databricks: job orchestration, data transformation, failure recovery.

- Field Alerts: rule-based & ML-driven alerting pipelines integrated with CRM systems.

- Bonus: exposure to data mastering/stewardship (HCP/HCO, product, territory data).

What You Bring:

- 10+ years of experience with 35 years in delivery leadership roles.

- Strong command of reporting and data ops in pharma/life sciences domain.

- Proven ability to manage multi-skilled teams and offshore delivery governance.

- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and CRM-integrated alerting systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
