Role Overview:
Lead offline retail expansion from scratch-set up EBOs, drive sales, manage teams, ensure operational excellence, and deliver privacy-focused fit consultations. Hands-on leader experienced in D2C offline retail, store launches, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive offline sales and achieve KPIs: sell-through, AOV, conversion, inventory accuracy, NPS.
- Deliver personalized, non-judgmental, privacy-focused fit consultations, maintain trial room hygiene and fit-guidance materials.
- Manage store operations, VM standards, in-store campaigns, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain.
- Recruit, train, and lead store teams; conduct coaching, mock sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track performance, identify gaps, and support new store/pop-up launches and layouts.
Team Managed: 3-5 direct/indirect reports (store managers, sales associates)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6-10 years in offline retail, preferably D2C; experience building EBOs from scratch.
- Hands-on in store launches, cross-functional initiatives, and team/performance management.
- Proven sales track record, P&L ownership, and KPI-driven operations.
- Customer-centric, analytical, proficient in POS, CRM, and retail dashboards.
- Excellent communication, coaching skills, and willing to travel extensively.
