Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Offline and Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, buying, and performance analysis across both traditional (Offline) and digital channels.

This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing media strategies to achieve client objectives, leveraging data-driven insights, and managing campaign performance from end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline Media Planning & Activation:

- TV Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive media plans and strategies, primarily focusing on Television (TV).

- Utilize secondary data software and tools such as BARC, TAM, YUMI, and MAP (or similar industry-standard tools) to analyze audience data, identify optimal placements, and arrive at actionable media solutions.

- Media Buying & Negotiation: Lead negotiations with media vendors to secure advantageous contracts and competitive rates for media inventory, ensuring the most effective and efficient use of allocated budget resources.

- Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee the successful implementation of approved media plans, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.

Digital Media Planning & Execution

- Digital Strategy & Optimization: Develop, execute, and continuously optimize robust digital media plans.

- Leverage data from tools like Comscore, Google Insider, and GWI to inform strategy and targeting.

- Platform Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across major digital platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/Display), and YouTube.

- Biddable Media & Influencer Marketing: Drive Brand Awareness and Consideration campaigns through paid online advertising and performance marketing.

- Manage Biddable Campaigns on YouTube, Meta, and other relevant channels.

- Coordinate and execute Influencer Marketing Campaigns to extend reach and engagement.

Client Solutions, Tracking & Reporting:

- Performance Analysis: Conduct meticulous Campaign Tracking, Evaluation, and Reporting on all ongoing client media activities (both Offline and Digital).

- Reporting & Presentation: Develop comprehensive pre- and post-campaign analysis reports.

- Present findings, key insights, and performance recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-5 years of progressive experience in media planning, buying, and/or performance marketing.

- Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply and may be considered for senior roles based on expertise.

- Educational Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

- Domain/Function: Media Planning & Buying (Integrated: Offline & Digital).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in TV Activation/Planning tools such as BARC, TAM, YUMI, and MAP (or equivalent software).

- Experience with Digital Planning tools like Comscore, Google Insider, and GWI.

- Hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (Search/ Display/ YouTube).

- Work Environment and Logistics

Number of Position(s): 8

Work Culture: Hybrid (A mix of remote and in-office work, as determined by company policy).

Shifts: This role requires flexibility and may involve rotational shifts, including US hours, to effectively manage international media campaigns and coordinate with global teams/clients.
