The role will be based at their Bangalore Office - Reporting to a very dynamic CEO The Responsibilities we will Trust you with Essence - Gate-keeping and attend the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the Office of the CEO - Aiding in and ultimately ensure the timely completion of creative Projects - Keeping her organized with logistics, meetings throughout the day The Job You will support the CEO in her role. - Take over smaller responsibilities and handle other day-to-day items while attending meetings on her behalf, capture notes and lead strategic planning processes across an organization. - Manage schedule, plan travel. - Provide Department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve team work across the Company. - Assist her in prioritizing business strategies - Oversee presentations, interactions with colleagues. - Ensure the CEO remains in constant touch with the Company - by taking over daily duties, interacting closely with employees, and identifying and addressing issues as they arise. - Also responsible for filtering key information as it gets shared up through executive ranks. - Basically contribute to the efficiency of the CEO by personal, timely support - and help underline the Company's goals and initiatives are met - Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise that matter most to us for this Role - Nimble business mind with a focus on developing innovative solutions - Experienced in Operations management - Proven success in a project coordination - Strong communication skills - oral and written.
