OfBusiness - Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

Job Description

OfBusiness is planning to go Public in the near future and the idea is to have a dedicated unit which shall work towards ensuring that the processes, internal tech systems, data dumps & MISs are IPO ready.

The scope of work shall include:

- Understanding the business requirements, preparing financial models in line with the plans and tracking the variance on a monthly basis.

- Interacting with business, finance and tech teams to understand the new businesses along with existing dynamic processes and hence track & analyze relevant business metrics to hook the story with numbers.

- Preparing and analyzing MISs on monthly level including product-wise and category-wise P&Ls while ensuring technifications at each leg.

- Tracking revenue and income drivers on a monthly basis and providing valuable inputs around shutting down or growing one of the verticals.

- Analyzing key cost centers like salary costs (manpower productivity), G&A and interest costs and coming up with suggestions to optimize.

- Tracking working capital for the group on a monthly basis and sharing key insights around the debtor, inventory and creditor ageing.

- Leading the commercial & financial due diligence process during equity rounds with the equity investors/ consultants/ auditors/ investment banks.

- The role offers a vast exposure of understanding different type of businesses a sizeable NBFC (INR 8000+ Cr AUM), a large commerce player (23000+ Cr turnover), 24 manufacturing units (ranging from INR 100-1200 Cr turnover) and others.

Skills & qualification required:

- CA/ CMA 4-7 years of work experience in similar domain. Someone with experience in manufacturing/ commerce entities would be preferred.

- Enterprising, full of hunger, ability to ideate, structure & articulate.

- Outstanding excel and accounting skills with a learning attitude.
