OfBusiness - Senior Credit Manager - LAP/Machinery Loans

Job Description:

- Analyze financials, credit reports, and property documents to assess creditworthiness.

- Structure and recommend/approve credit proposals as per internal risk standards.

- Identify transactional risks and suggest mitigants.

- Collaborate with RMs on underwriting, renewals, and client onboarding.

- Ensure documentation compliance and support credit committee presentations.

- Review and enhance credit policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

- Strong credit underwriting experience in LAP/Machinery loans (preferably in NBFC).

- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Good knowledge of legal and technical aspects of property.

- Ability to work collaboratively and meet timelines.
