We are looking for a high-calibre B2B Sales professional to drive business growth across key markets and customer segments. Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth across assigned markets, customer segments, or product lines.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies to expand market share and unlock new business opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with B2B customers including corporates, SMEs, distributors, channel partners, and institutional buyers.
- Lead customer discussions on pricing, commercials, and contracts to ensure profitable growth.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, operations, finance, and product to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation in key customer meetings, industry forums, and business interactions.
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM from a premier institute
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, business development, or related commercial roles (internships and live projects included).
- Strong business acumen with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and ability to work in ambiguity.
