Management Trainee - Asset Owner a. Take P&L Ownership of the Asset (Track and improve Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA & PBT) b. Act as a liaison between our Senior Management and key stakeholders in the asset to drive all facets of Business Operations (Sales. Operations, Finance and Accounting, HR, and Compliance) c. Gain detailed understanding of the LOB of the asset, develop control over the entire value-chain to ensure existing business is sustained while focusing on growth prospects. d. Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the senior management to facilitate efficient decision making. e. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance. f. Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions. g. Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to the CEO and senior management team. h. Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved. i. Act as a project manager and drive high level, cross functional projects; keep judicious watch over Working Capital and cash flow of the asset. j. Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success. k. Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions to influence outcomes, strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization's success. 5. Key targets monthly, quarterly, annually: a. Annually: Minimize process leakages, compliance - will be set by the respective business head / line manager. b. Quarterly & Monthly: Annual target will be pro rata broken down to monthly and quarterly levels. c. Accuracy: Effectively follow up for due payments to vendors as per the repayment schedule and ensure delays in the same are avoided. d. Communication: Effectively communicate in a layman language with stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination with all teams internally. e. TAT: Make sure that client query resolution and servicing happens within 1 day of being raised. f. Ownership: Explore and develop the asset; products for growing the AUM. g. Camaraderie: Build collegial risk-free atmosphere for team effectiveness and efficiency.
