OfBusiness - Credit Analyst - Emerging Corporate Segment - Oxyzo

Role Overview:

As a Credit Analyst within the Emerging Corporate team at Oxyzo, you will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients within the emerging corporate segment. You will work closely with the sales and relationship management teams to structure credit facilities that meet the needs of our clients while mitigating risk for the organization. Your analysis and recommendations will directly impact the company's lending decisions and contribute to the growth of Oxyzo's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of prospective borrowers, including reviewing financial statements, industry reports, and management projections, to assess credit risk.

- Prepare detailed credit proposals and present them to the credit committee, justifying your recommendations with sound financial analysis and risk assessment.

- Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios, identifying potential warning signs and recommending appropriate actions to mitigate credit losses.

- Structure credit facilities, including term loans, working capital loans, and other financing solutions, tailored to the specific needs of emerging corporate clients.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors that may impact the creditworthiness of borrowers.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and operations teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient credit approval process.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth financial statement analysis, including ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

- Proven experience in credit risk assessment, underwriting, and loan structuring for corporate clients.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and credit risk management techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.

- CA with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in credit underwriting, risk, credit analysis.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
