OXYZO also has a SEBI registered Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) focused on emerging enterprises with commitments of INR 750Crs and a Debt Capital Market (DCM) advisory vertical which has structured/syndicated transactions of INR 4000Crs+ in the last 3 years.

Role Description:


We are expanding our Emerging Enterprise Lending vertical which focuses on customers in the INR 250 - 750 Crs topline range across Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma & Chemicals, Infrastructure, Power etc. and are hiring for the role of Business for our Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad offices. We are specifically looking for passionate, talented and hungry individuals who excel in client acquisition, relationship management & deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new Emerging Enterprise clients in the INR 250 - 750 Crs topline range in PAN India across Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma & Chemicals, Infrastructure, Power etc.

- Leverage their own existing regional networks to expand the portfolio and further build upon that

- Well versed with structuring deal notes, financial models, cash flow projections to assess credit viability.

- Negotiate and structure transactions, as per clients requirement within our lending frameworks, including term sheets, covenants, pricing, security packages etc.

- End to End conclusion of the disbursement process (documentation, legal and technical valuations, Escrow account Operationalization, Charge sharing with other lenders etc.)

- Collaborating with the leadership to identify and capitalize on new growth clusters, industries and products

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Background: CA / MBA (Finance) from Tier I / Tier II Institutes.

- Experience: 3 years+ in working with an NBFC in Enterprising Lending.

- Strong exposure to sectors such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma & Chemicals, Infrastructure, Project Finance etc

- Understanding of Client Coverage & financial modeling

- Exposure to various bespoke financing structures such as Working Capital / Acquisition / Capex /Leasing etc.

- Excellent communication, analytical and client engagement skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collective & shared learning environment with focus on driving transactions along with cross-functional teams.
