Direct Payroll with a leading German-based multinational specializing in Hydraulic Systems, Fluid Power Technologies, and Industrial Automation Solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Application Engineer with strong experience in Hydraulics, Fluid Power, and OEM customer management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand OEM business opportunities

- Manage and grow sales across existing and new OEM accounts

- Lead application engineering activities, product homologation, product engineering, and product development support through series production

- Manage techno-commercial processes from enquiry generation through contract execution

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations

- Support business growth through technical solution selling and customer engagement

Mandatory Requirements:

- B.E / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

- Experience in Hydraulics / Fluid Power Industry

- OEM Sales & Business Development Experience

- Strong Application Engineering & Technical Sales Background

- Experience handling Techno-Commercial Discussions

- Key Account Management Skills

- Strong Customer-Facing & Relationship Management Skills

- Candidates from Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Danfoss, Eaton, Hydac, Yuken, Kawasaki, Nachi, Veljan, and similar hydraulics/fluid power organizations will be preferred.
