We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team, focused on the fashion category within the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in managing client accounts in an agency or marketplace setting and has a strong grasp of fashion trends and e-commerce marketplace dynamics. This role is pivotal in driving client growth, improving account performance, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership success
- Leverage deep category knowledge in fashion to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Optimize clients' product performance and presence across key e-commerce marketplaces
- Analyze and manage large datasets, translating insights into actionable strategies for clients
- Identify growth opportunities using a mix of client servicing and consultative sales techniques
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop tailored e-commerce strategies aligned with client goals
- Monitor, analyze, and report on account performance, providing regular updates and improvement plans
- Prioritize and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met on time
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Category Manager within an agency or e-commerce marketplace (preferably fashion-focused)
- In-depth understanding of the fashion industry, particularly in an online retail environment
- Strong familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces including operations, standards, and KPIs
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on complex datasets
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Commercially driven mindset with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field (preferred)
