ODN Digital - Manager - Business Development - Creative Content Production Segment

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in creative content production and a proven ability to build business relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should understand bran storytelling, production workflows, and client expectations in the Indian advertising and digital content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across India for creative content production services - including videos, photoshoots, brand campaigns, social media content, reels, and other digital assets.

- Pitch creative production capabilities to brands, agencies, and marketing teams across sectors such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, and consumer products.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic partner to drive consistent business growth.

- Collaborate with internal production, creative, and studio teams to develop customized proposals aligned with client requirements.

- Partner with the marketing team to develop pitch decks, showreels, and marketing collateral for targeted client outreach.

- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to represent ODN and enhance visibility within the creative and advertising community.

- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective pipeline and relationship management.

- Stay updated on advertising trends, brand marketing innovations, influencer campaigns, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in business development or client servicing, preferably within production house, advertising agency, or brand marketing setup.

- Strong understanding of the creative production process - including video shoots, photo shoots, and digital campaign creation.

- Prior experience working with brands or agencies; an existing client base or strong industry network is a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and delive impactful business pitches.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, accountability, and drive to achieve results.

- Willingness to travel within India as required.

Preferred Background:

- Experience working with advertising agencies, production studios, or digital marketing firms.

- Exposure to handling content mandates for leading Indian or multinational brands.
