Role Overview:
The Marketing Head will lead the company's marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and drive B2B growth. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, enhancing lead generation, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. Working closely with sales and leadership teams, the Marketing Head will combine creativity with data-driven insights to deliver measurable business impact and position the brand as a market leader.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns - including social media, email marketing, website management, and paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
- Lead lead-generation initiatives through multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM performance, ensuring visibility and ranking improvements.
- Oversee social media presence, including proactive content creation, posting, community engagement, and reputation management.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through campaign analytics, performance tracking, and actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage and configure CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track digital footprints, leads, and sales pipelines effectively.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI from all initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative content, events, and brand-building activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to continuously refine marketing strategies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation.
- Prior experience in leading a marketing team and managing cross-functional collaborations.
