About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Odoo ERP Implementation Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into effective Odoo solutions, and ensure successful deployment, configuration, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setting deadlines,

- Assign responsibilities (at functional level - across the users)

- Monitor progress

- Lead new business processes

- Streamline business processes and workflows

- Solve problems that arise in day to day working

- Match the requirements of the ERP with Vendor team

- Should be able to find out the strength and weakness of Current ERP (Feebo) and try to

- improvise the business process to minimize customization.

- Should provide with best of industry practices to maintain growth in both long-term as

- well as short-term.

- Proper documentation and regular Training schedules.

Required Skills:

- Should have sound technical as well as functional skill including familiarity with the

- latest business intelligence tools.

- Bachelors degree

- Extensive knowledge of business processes down till department level processes

- 8-10 years experience in multiple ERP implementation as an individual contributor

- Odoo ERP Implementation must

- 3 to 4 years supervisory experience will have an advantage.
