About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee APAC benefits strategy, renewals, and vendor partnerships
- Serve as the primary Total Rewards advisor for APAC leaders and HR partners
- Collaborate with US-based Global Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and HR teams
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay analysis, and cost modeling
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global governance standards
- Support global initiatives such as pay equity, transparency, and M&A integration
What We are Looking For:
- Proven experience working with US or global stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, market pricing, and incentive plans
- Solid understanding of APAC benefits and statutory requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
