About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven ERP Marketing Specialist to lead growth and demand generation initiatives for our ERP product suite.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience promoting ERP or business management software such as ERPNext, Odoo, Zoho Suite, Tally, Marg, Busy, SAP, or Oracle, with a proven record of converting marketing campaigns into software subscriptions or licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to promote ERP and business software across SME and enterprise segments.

- Create positioning-based and comparison content such as "ERPNext vs Odoo vs Zoho" to highlight product differentiation.

- Drive lead generation through multi-channel campaigns, including LinkedIn, email automation, WhatsApp drips, webinars, and reseller networks.

- Build case studies and success stories showcasing ERP implementation impact, ROI, and business automation outcomes.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on content, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing to increase brand visibility.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Develop targeted campaigns for specific industries (retail, trading, manufacturing, distribution, etc.) to drive qualified leads.

- Manage marketing automation tools and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion.

- Measure campaign effectiveness using analytics dashboards and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Identify and engage reseller, channel, and partner networks to expand reach and brand presence.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong experience in B2B SaaS or ERP software marketing, targeting SME or enterprise customers.

- Deep understanding of SME buying behavior-price sensitivity, workflow simplicity, and ROI focus.

- Proven expertise in content marketing, digital advertising, and lead nurturing automation.

- Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, CRM systems, email automation tools, and analytics platforms.

- Strong storytelling skills to create compelling case studies and comparison-based product narratives.

- Knowledge of ERP domain, business workflows, and industry-specific challenges.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills to interpret data and refine marketing strategies.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and tech teams for integrated campaigns.

- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to experimentation and performance optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

7-10 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or technology marketing.

Proven success in converting inbound and outbound marketing campaigns into ERP subscriptions or licenses.

Experience in promoting ERP tools like ERPNext, Odoo, Zoho, Tally, SAP, or Oracle.

Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on measurable growth
