
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Office by supporting critical administrative and operational functions, including calendar planning, global stakeholder coordination, travel, and expense management
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage and strengthen vendor relationships, including engagement with industry bodies and ecosystem partners, to support external-facing strategy
- Drive execution strategies for key Hyderabad office initiatives such as Campus Programs, D&I efforts, CSR campaigns, and cultural engagementbased on leadership direction
- Support strategic travel planning and logistics for both local and international leadership visits, ensuring seamless end-to-end coordination
- Act as the point of contact for leadership in LA and other global locations, ensuring consistent alignment and proactive updates
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy while executing leadership mandates
- Align day-to-day office operations strategy with broader business goals, ensuring administrative efficiency and continuity
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive projects that have direct business impact
Candidate Profile:
- 810 years of relevant experience in executive operations, strategic administration, or business support, preferably within high-growth or global organizations
- Proven experience managing CXO-level stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- High levels of discretion, integrity, and an ability to manage sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) and adept at handling remote coordination tools
- Bachelors degree required; MBA/advanced certifications are a plus
- Comfortable working in high-intensity roles with shifting priorities
