Role Overview:

As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of IT implementation projects for our clients, primarily focusing on supply chain solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role is crucial in driving client satisfaction and ensuring the successful adoption of o9 Solutions' platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets, to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client requirements.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, escalating them to senior management as needed, to maintain project momentum and prevent delays.

- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders, to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Manage client expectations effectively, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, to foster long-term partnerships.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage IT implementation projects, preferably in the supply chain domain, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools, enabling effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies, allowing for effective solution design and implementation.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with client needs.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 - 12 years of relevant experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, and IT implementation.
