About the Position: - Designation: VP - Investment Banking - Practice: Life Sciences / Consumer - Location: Mumbai - Will be supported by Analysts / Associates / AVP based on deal construct. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Drive business development for the practice through cultivating and sustaining client relationship. - Lead the practice to provide best-in-class services and managing the execution of mandates for capital raise and M&A advisory which are core to the firm. - Interact with current and potential clients/associates to identify newer opportunities to enhance business for buy/sell-side advisory, capital raise and mandates within the firm's area of expertise. - Lead and develop the team to live up to high performance standards, while attracting the best talent as the practice continues to grow. - Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, finance, marketing etc. as Execution Lead on transactions. - Drive the o3 Culture Code of high performance and strive to excel as an employer of choice. Qualifications & Competencies: - 9+ years in Investment Banking / Deal Advisory - Post Graduate from reputed B-school OR CA / CFA - Proven track record as an Execution Lead in the Investment Banking domain.
