About the Role:
- We're looking for a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the charter around Promotions and Loyalty at Nykaa Beauty.
- This critical role focuses on the lower funnel for the beauty business, ensuring purchase enablement and leveraging incentives to drive key business outcomes.
- You'll work closely with the performance marketing, site, analytics, design, engineering, business teams, and leadership to shape and execute our roadmap focused on conversion and
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promotional Levers
- Own the discovery and selection of the right promotional and incentive levers for the right users at the right time
- Strategize on, build and deploy promotions across the funnel with inputs from business stakeholders using constructs like discounting, coupons, offers, free gifts etc
- Drive the north stars of conversion, ABS, AOV
2. Loyalty Program
- Drive product strategy, roadmap and execution for the Loyalty Program (Prive)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to conceptualise features and optimise UX to improve the enrollment, earning and burning experience for users
- Drive improvement in FOP and conversion of members
What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 years of Product Management experience in consumer internet or e-commerce companies to solve end user problems and growth business objectives
- Data-first mindset with a strong grip on metrics, cohort analysis, segmentation, and experimentation.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, business, marketing, and analytics.
- Demonstrable execution focus of collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver key product features as per product roadmap
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in beauty/fashion/lifestyle ecommerce or marketplaces.
- Exposure to funnel conversion / product led growth / loyalty programs / promotional constructs
- Strong product craft - documentation, research, user journeys, verbal and written communication
