Manager - Order To Cash You should have knowledge of E-com industry and should be familiar with PG (Payment Gateway) & COD (Cash on delivery) reconciliation. Your day to day will look like: Team Leadership: - Lead and motivate a team of O2C specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives. - Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Sales Management: - Sales Accounting, Oversee the order processing workflow. - Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies. Collections Management: - Monitor accounts receivable (PG, COD & Other B2B) receivable aging and lead collection efforts to ensure timely payment from customers. Credit Management: - Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers and establish credit terms accordingly. Customer Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & outside customers. - Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders. Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the O2C cycle. - Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Performance Reporting (MIS): - Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to track key O2C KPIs, including order fulfillment rate, AR aging, and collection efficiency. - Analyze trends and variances to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Qualifications and Skills you should have: - CA, MBA - Minimum 5 Years of experience in Order-to-Cash or related function in E-com industry or a similar industry, with a track record of leadership and team management. - Strong understanding of order management, invoicing, billing, and collections processes. - Proficiency in D365, SAP and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with customers.
