Job Description: Regional Admissions HeadWe are hiring a results-oriented Regional Admissions Head to lead our regional inside sales team and deliver exceptional enrollment outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong people management skills, a deep understanding of sales KPIs, and an execution-first mindset. You'll drive performance, motivate the team, and ensure excellence in counseling and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own regional admissions targets and drive end-to-end conversion from leads to enrollments.
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Admission Managers and Counselors.
- Track daily/weekly metrics across calls, connects, demos, and closures to drive performance.
- Monitor pitch quality and SOP adherence through regular audits, shadowing, and feedback sessions.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve individual productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with central functions (Marketing, Academics, Tech) to ensure lead quality and funnel flow.
- Improve candidate experience and reduce lead leakage through daily engagement and interventions.
- Report performance to VP - Admissions and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in inside sales or admissions; at least 2+ years in a team leadership role.
- Proven experience in handling high-velocity B2C admissions/sales cycles.
- Strong CRM hygiene and KPI tracking discipline.
- Great communication and coaching skills to build a motivated team.
Skills Must-Have:- Team management experience, ideally across city/regional operations.
- Data-driven approach to daily funnel reviews and action planning.
- Strong energy, ownership, and problem-solving capabilities.
Good-to-Have:
- EdTech/B2C startup experience.
- Experience with sales training, onboarding, and performance coaching.
- Understanding of lead segmentation and counselor allocation models.
