
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations professional to join the NIAT team. The role involves managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of business processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operational processes to ensure smooth business execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Support project execution by collaborating with Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational records.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational guidelines.
- Participate in business planning, forecasting, and operational review meetings.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or workflow management tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or Process Excellence.
- Experience working in a technology, EdTech, or high-growth startup environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
