Performance Marketing Manager / Sr. Manager

About the Role
- We're looking for a data-obsessed Performance Marketing Lead who can drive growth across-
- NxtWave's full product portfolio - NIAT, NxtWave Academy, and NxtWave Intensive - plus upcoming launches.
- This isn't a "run some ads" role. You'll own the full performance funnel - from ad click - lead - enrollment - CAC optimization - retention reactivation, across all channels, cohorts, and geos in India.

What You'll Own
- Full-Funnel Growth
- Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Search,Snapchat, LinkedIn, Display.
- Own leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and enrollment volume targets - daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Drive multi-product funnel strategies - NIAT (17-18 yrs), Nxtwave Academy (18-20 yrs), Nxtwave Intensive (22-28 yrs).
- Lead Nurturing & Automation
- Lead all WebEngage automations - SMS, WhatsApp, and Email journeys - across multiple funnel stages.
- Build & A/B test drip journeys, remarketing logic, and segmentation flows.
- Partner with content & CRM teams to reduce lead decay and boost Leads to Qualified Leads,
- Qualified Leads to enrollment conversion.
Performance Intelligence
- Own campaign dashboards, attribution, and cohort-level ROI tracking.
- Deep dive into region-wise, creative-wise, and source-wise data.
- Translate insights into next-level experimentation frameworks (budget shifts, offer tests, CTA redesigns, etc.).
Creative Strategy + GTM
- Co-own creative briefing, ad scripting, and landing page optimization with the Brand & Creative teams.
- Run data-informed creative tests (hooks, formats, offers, regional messaging).
- Bring a growth marketer's POV to every creative and LP decision.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage a small team of campaign managers + work cross-functionally with content, brand, and tech.
- Train new hires on full-funnel performance best practices.
You'll Be Great at This If You
- Have 5-10 years of experience in performance marketing (EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, or Insurance preferred).
- Have scaled budgets >- 1 Cr/month with strong ROI.
- Are fluent with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, WebEngage, and Excel dashboards.
- Love building funnels, not just campaigns.
- Think in experiments, cohorts, and data stories.
- Are comfortable switching from strategy to hands-on execution in the same day.
- Obsess over speed, precision, and impact.
