Qualifications and Skills:- - 4+ years of industry experience in product design, comfortable working with PMs and Engineers across multiple products. - An outstanding design portfolio demonstrating wider strategic design thinking and product design skills. - Experience in defining user experience for live products with a regular release cycle and with at least 10k active users. - Superb knowledge of product design processes, web design, and design systems - Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with ed-tech applications or similar products. - A strong foundation of fundamentals of design such as Color Theory, Typography, Visual Hierarchy, Design Principles etc., - Expertise in Figma is essential.
