About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Cloud Sales Manager to lead strategic cloud solution sales and support large enterprises in their digital transformation journey. In this role, you will engage with CXO-level stakeholders, consult on cloud adoption strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver advanced cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the complete enterprise cloud sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

- Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior enterprise technology leaders.

- Collaborate closely with solution architects and cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized cloud strategies that address customer needs.

- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth KPIs in assigned regions.

- Understand and communicate cloud market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies to drive strategic engagements.

- Develop account plans, lead RFP responses, and participate in technical and commercial discussions with enterprise clients.

- Represent the organization at industry events, cloud forums, and customer workshops to strengthen brand presence and pipeline development.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, cloud solution sales, or IT infrastructure sales.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (public/private/hybrid), data centers, managed services, virtualization, and enterprise IT ecosystems.

- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently achieving sales goals.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business; an MBA or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a strong advantage.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer value and business outcomes.
