What you'll own (and love doing):

Performance Excellence:

- Design and run end-to-end Performance Management cycles (OKRs/KPIs, goal setting, reviews, feedback).

- Make performance conversations clear, continuous, and meaningful-not just annual rituals.

- Coach managers on setting sharp goals, giving feedback, and managing performance with confidence.

- Track outcomes, spot trends, and turn insights into action.

Talent & Growth:

- Build a strong Talent Review & Succession framework for future leaders.

- Identify high-potential talent and craft development journeys that actually stick.

- Partner with business leaders on internal mobility, role transitions, and career paths.

- Anchor a strong growth mindset culture across teams.

Manager Enablement:

- Upskill managers on performance, coaching, and talent decisions.

- Create simple toolkits, playbooks, and nudges that make managing people easier (and better).

- Own performance and talent dashboards-simple, insightful, decision-ready.

- Use data to tell stories, influence leaders, and improve outcomes.

What we're looking for:

- 5-10 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, or HRBP roles.

- Strong experience working with fast-growing or startup environments.

- Deep comfort working with managers, leadership teams, and ambiguity.

- A sharp blend of structure + empathy-you care about results and people.

- Hands-on, high-ownership mindset-you build, run, fix, and improve.
