JOB DESCRIPTION  - Lead the business growth initiatives in the B2B segment by partnering with suitable entities in the heathcare, insurance, equipments, fitness, corporate and other relevant sectors  - Identify business opportunities in the B2B segment, carry out market studies to assess potential demand / anticipated competition and determine business objectives for each sector  - Plan and execute strategies for business development in collaboration with the B2B partners keeping mutual interests / objectives and market opportunities in view  - Build and maintain business relationships with concerned officials in the B2B partner organisations to maintain synergies and continuity in business relations.  - Lead initiatives for conducting events such as camps, workshops, seminars, conferences etc to promote awareness and participation among interested communities  - Plan budgets, proposals, presentations, performance reports etc  - Lead the products business for promoting our range of white labelled products across the country  - Identify channels and partners for our products, finalise terms of engagement with them, determine sales objectives for each product / channel / partner, manage logistics for them   - Drive the sales efforts for products to achieve business objectives for revenue targets and market shares  Salary offered; 12 - 14 LPA
