Full job description
- The candidate must be responsible for the complete life cycle of the projects on a scheduled basis, inclined to maintain highest standard of quality.
- The candidate should have hard skills and soft skills required to implement the Project.
- Analyzing scope of work, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, risk analysis, manage the budgets and responsibilities.
- Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are adhering to timelines set, track deliverables, monitor and report progress to the concerned teams.
- The candidate must have excellent communication, leadership qualities, problem resolving skills and experience in using project management software tools.
- The candidate should lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, prepare project related reports, liaise with team and client for approvals, in meeting expectations and execution.
- The candidate must be adept in networking and software troubleshooting, configurations, electronic support systems related to the company operations and applications.
- The candidate must be detail oriented, multitasking and proactive to coordinate with internal resources and third party/vendors for flawless execution of the projects.
- The job includes coordination of multiple projects simultaneously and provide instructions in both verbal and written form.
- The candidate will be a direct liaison between the client and the provider. All concerns should be brought to the notice of the Line Managers and maintain records, files for efficient operations.
- The candidate should confirm all regulatory requirements and processes for the projects.
- The candidate should ensure Invoices are submitted and payments followed up in a timely manner on the completion of the Project.
- The candidate will prepare the required documentations, carryout after sales service as per contractual obligations.
