Nurture.Retail is a B2B Agri Input e-commerce marketplace which provides the small retailers with access to more than 20000+ SKUs of Seeds, Pesticides, Insecticides and other Agri Input materials.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO / SEM, display advertising campaigns etc.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Track and optimize for key metrics such as CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Should have strong analytical skills
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing is mandatory
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media campaigns
- Hand on experience of analytics tools, such as Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer etc.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing to enhance campaign performance
