NTT Data - Senior Specialist - Finance Master Data SAP

Location-Gurgaon

Shift- 12 pm- 10 pm

Minimum experience required- 8+ years

Candidate should be well versed in SAP and should be reviewing charts of accounts, Profit/cost

center creation requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain finance master data (e.g., chart of accounts, organizational hierarchies,

etc.) in the following key systems: multiple system in use including various BPCs, SAP etc.

- Ongoing review of the impact of master data changes on key systems and the broader reporting environment.

- Design Authority input for management accounts reporting and financial reporting.

- Support of and involvement in the OneERP CIM development and roll out.

- Ad hoc support for reporting requirements, if needed (e.g., management accounts reporting, budgets, impairment testing, etc.).

Knowledge and Attributes:

- Excellent attention to detail, able to maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), able to communicate at all levels within the organization

- Self-starter, able to tackle problems independently but consult and ask for guidance when necessary

- Comfortable to seek direction or input from seniors

- Ability to follow processes methodically and thoroughly, and enforce policies

- Strong change management skills

- Deadline driven and able to cope with stressful situations

- Solid negotiation skills, ability to be persuasive

Required Experience:

- IFRS application experience

- Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, and an understanding of the impact of system changes on financial reporting

- Advanced MS Excel skills

- Advantageous but not essential: knowledge of data architecture and data structures, previous experience working on accounting systems such as SAP ERP, SAP Business Planning &

Consolidation (BPC), SAP Central Finance (CFIN), etc.

- Extensive experience in a comparable role within a global organization
