Experience: 8-11 years


As a Senior Delivery & Project Management, you will manage the full project lifecycle for high priority and strategically important projects. You will provide leadership, drive the delivery of projects, and ensure project success by managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost, and timeline.


Key Responsibilities


- End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.


- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.


- Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.


- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure execution adheres to defined strategies, methodologies, and best practices.


- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Manage change requests and project deviations with minimal

disruption to the project scope, cost, or timeline.


- Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled. Forecast resource requirements and ensure proper utilization across project phases.


- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes. Ensure that outputs meet client specifications and requirements.


- Client & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction. Manage external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements.


- Reporting & Communication: Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders. Provide clear, concise, and actionable insights.


- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and frameworks to drive better project delivery outcomes.


- Post-Project Review & Handover: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned, document key takeaways, and ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients or internal teams.


Required Skills:


- Experience: 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles, with a focus on high-quality execution and client satisfaction.


- Project Management Expertise: Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.


- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.


- Stakeholder Engagement: Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.


- Budget & Resource Management: Significant experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, while ensuring effective cost control.


- Risk & Issue Resolution: Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks and issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality.


- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced And Dynamic Environment.


- Tools & Technologies: Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.


- ClientFacing Experience: Proven experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering on service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.


- Agile Experience: Deep experience working in Agile project management environments, managing Scrum teams and Agile delivery methodologies.


- Industry Experience: Experience in [specific industry] such as IT, consulting, manufacturing, finance, or healthcare.


- Global Project Management: Experience managing global or multi-region projects and teams, ensuring that cross-functional teams work effectively together across different time zones and cultures.
