Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini and Kotak Mahindra Bank among others to support entrepreneurs in focused sectors like mobility, fintech, and social entrepreneurship.
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving our incubation programs, building strong founder communities, and enabling startup success.
You will be responsible for outreach, stakeholder management, and seamless program execution across diverse startup sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program outreach and build strategic partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of startups helping them navigate challenges through relevant interventions.
- Support program planning, design, and execution; monitor progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the mentorship team to ensure effective mentor-startup mapping and engagement.
- Work closely with funding and corporate partners to deliver value across all program touchpoints.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve program SOPs and incubation processes.
- Drive community-building initiatives to keep founders engaged and connected.
- Develop ecosystem partnerships with co-incubation centers, research bodies, and technology/policy partners.
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth communication and program delivery.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in the startup incubation or entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Strong ownership mindset and bias for action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using AI and productivity tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
