Roles and Responsibilities : - Managing NR clients who have settled abroad and have their Banking & Investments in India; catering to complete Banking Solutions for the clients, including Investments and Forex Updating and maintaining a comprehensive database; creating and maintaining hype and enthusiasm among all branch employees to generate and convert customer/referral leads Monitoring portfolio performance of clients and advising them while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements laid by acts governing banking regulations - Identifying opportunities by cementing relationships with existing clients to cross-sell Third Party Products (TPP) Promoting core banking products to New to Bank (NTB) customers for the opening of new Savings & Current Accounts, FDs, and investment products (Mutual Funds, General/Life Insurance, PMSs) Managing Current Account Savings Account {CASA) books; ensuring deepening of existing Current & Savings Accounts through cross-selling of products - Discussing financial requirements and rendering sustained advisory services to individual and corporate clients Monitoring database of High. Net Worth Individual (HNI) customers; ensuring adherence to service standards of the bank and regulatory compliance as laid down by the RBI and other regulatory authorities Selling and cross-selling products and services; identifying the needs of existing & prospective customers and assisting them or referring them to the appropriate department - Suggesting Wealth Management solutions to high-net-worth onshore banking premier customers Providing financial planning and advisory services aligning to the customer needs and by reviewing their investment profiles and financial commitments - Focusing on deepening of existing relationships to help generate more Trade & Forex business
