NRI Operations Role - NBFC

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead NRI Operations, ensuring seamless handling of Mutual Funds KYC, client onboarding, investment operations, and regulatory compliance. The role demands strong operational expertise, stakeholder coordination, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for NRI investments & KYC division.

- Coordinate with intermediary platforms such as BSE Star, Redvision, etc.

- Handle onboarding, approvals, and KYC coordination with customers and sub-distributors.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and smooth processing of applications using DBMS software.

- Create and maintain internal & client reports for performance tracking.

- Provide daily operational and administrative support including data management in Excel.

- Address and resolve customer queries related to KYC and investments.

- Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

- 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in NRI Banking Operations / Mutual Fund Operations / KYC & Compliance.

- Deep understanding of NRI investment processes, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and database tools (DBMS).

- Strong stakeholder management and client servicing skills.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
