Position Overview:


- The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales operations, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic plans to expand market presence.


- This role oversees a sales team, builds strong customer relationships, and collaborates across departments to achieve business objectives.


- The ideal candidate is data-driven, target-oriented, and skilled in managing high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Planning:


- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.


- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.


- Forecast sales performance and create quarterly/annual sales budgets.


Team Leadership:


- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.


- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and skill-development programs.


- Build a culture of accountability and results.


Business Development:


- Identify and pursue key accounts, partnerships, and new market segments.


- Build long-term relationships with major clients and stakeholders.


- Negotiate high-value deals and close strategic sales opportunities.


Operational Excellence:


- Monitor sales KPIs and implement improvements to enhance productivity.


- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.


- Ensure CRM systems and sales processes are optimized and followed.


Reporting & Analysis:


- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.


- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


- Present monthly/quarterly business reviews.


Qualifications & Skills:


Education & Experience:


- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.


- 5-7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.


- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams
