Job Summary:

- We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build long-term customer relationships.

- This role requires a strong leader who can manage high-performing sales teams, build a robust sales pipeline, and execute winning sales strategies in competitive markets.

- As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in scaling sales operations, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Manage, lead, and grow a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and ensuring accountability.

- Drive new business development, while also growing revenue from existing clients/accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine offerings and sales tactics.

- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle - from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sales support.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and lead generation strategies with sales goals.

- Track sales metrics, pipeline progress, and team performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Prepare accurate forecasting and reporting for leadership and business planning.

- Negotiate and close large, complex deals in line with company policies and profit margins
