Role Overview

We are looking for an Organic Marketing Lead who will own and drive all organic marketing, brand-building, and digital community growth initiatives for NPrep.

This role is responsible for shaping how nursing students discover, engage with, and trust the NPrep brand across platforms.

You will lead strategy + execution for content, social media, brand storytelling, SEO, student communities, influencer partnerships, and college outreach visibilitywithout relying on paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Content Strategy

- Build and execute NPreps organic brand strategy across channels.

- Own content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, blogs, and newsletters.

- Develop high-quality content (posts, reels, short videos, blogs, student success stories).

- Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across the brand.

2. Social Media & Community Growth

- Grow and manage NPreps presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp channels.

- Build and nurture student communitiesWhatsApp groups, Telegram, campus ambassadors.

- Respond to comments/DMs to build trust and convert leads organically.

3. SEO & Website Growth

- Oversee keyword research, SEO content creation, and on-page optimization.

- Work with the tech/content team to boost website traffic and improve rankings.

- Publish SEO-led blogs tailored to nursing exams, career paths, and placement opportunities.

4. Student & Influencer Collaborations

- Identify and partner with nursing creators, YouTubers, and micro-influencers.

- Manage student-generated content and testimonials.

- Run organic campaigns with colleges and nursing associations.

5. Campaigns & Brand Initiatives

- Conceptualize and execute organic campaigns for:

Course launches

Placement seasons

Exam preparation cycles

College partnerships

Student festivals & important healthcare days

- Track growth metrics and optimize continuously.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Academics, and Product to align messaging.

- Support placement updates, course outcomes, and student success campaigns.

What Success Looks Like

- Growth in followers, engagement, and reach (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

- More students discovering NPrep organically.

- Strong brand recall among nursing students and colleges.

- High-performing content with consistent posting.

- Increased website traffic from SEO-led efforts.

- Strong student communities that drive word-of-mouth.

Who Were Looking For

- 28 years of experience in organic marketing, content, or brand roles.

- Strong understanding of social media storytelling.

- Hands-on with reels, short videos, on-ground student interviews, and editing basics.

- Creative thinker with strong execution capability.

- Comfortable interacting with students and nursing colleges.
