- 10-14 years of deep experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager within the payment's domain (ISO 20022). - Expertise in EMVCo standards. - End to end working knowledge in transactions banking, channels, cards, UPI, Payment aggregator, Payment gateway, NACH, AEPS, L1, L2, L3 data, clearing and settlement systems. - Champion new age thinking: Drive innovation concepts such as agile, minimum viable products and leverage experience driven design thinking-based approaches to optimize cost and roll out products faster. - Be the voice of customer and ensure high quality customer experience. - Drive product innovation through continuously scanning the ecosystem, customer empathy, digital savviness, innovation mindset, unconventional techniques, schedule & product life cycle management. - Understanding and Using Analytics: Analytical skills is mandatory, especially in understanding data and driving customer insights/segmentation to develop products, drive customer outcomes (excel, Python, R, SQL, Maria DB) - Focus on customer outcomes, so we measure product team performance against speed, agility, and meeting customer needs, ensures that we always start with our customers. - Experience in developing Cards, UPI and other NPCI products using techniques such as Qualitative data from user research and customer feedback, Quantitative data from historical metrics, Market trends, Design thinking, Competitive analysis, and more - all so that you can make the highest ROI decision available and "work backwards" to iteratively innovate on customer behalf. - Experience in bringing together product managers, category experts, design practitioners, strategists, and technologists, to tackle key portfolio challenges to unlock new growth opportunities. - Create purposeful API driven new digital payment and commerce experiences. - Drive innovation concepts such as agile, minimum viable products and leverage experience driven design thinking-based approaches to optimize cost and roll out products faster. - Responsible to continuously scan ecosystem, customer empathy, digital savviness & innovation mindset, unconventional techniques to drive product life cycle management. - Experience in developing wireframes, UX design, specifications and user stories along with the technical team. - Act as a business lead for complex cross functional projects that impact credit & debit solutions portfolio, leveraging key partners and resources from the Digital channels, Mobile, ATM, Retail distribution, Marketing, compliance, regulatory, government bodies, banks, merchants, aggregators and fintech's. - Prepare overall strategy & roadmap for Cards, UPI and other NPCI products, in collaboration with various NPCI functions. - 360-degree P & L ownership for the RuPay Card. - Prepare short term & long-term strategy taking into account the customer demand and analytics for allotted products - Ensure that business development and operations team are aware of any feature enhancement and receive adequate training for it.
