
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up the operations in the region and build the Team.
- Mentor to ensure the success of the region by achieving sales targets.
- Conducts team reviews and closely monitor performance of team members.
- Present the team for new approach in the market to reinforce the bottom line.
- Conducts all kinds of product/process training for any new recruits in the team and also conducts refreshers for the existing team members.
- Becomes a consultant to the team as well as customers, by adopting a consultative selling approach.
- Generates own business leads, business planning/sales planning.
- Diligently manages the ERP and ensures the same is done by the team as well.
- Ensures that the customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth.
- Owns and manages the customer life-cycle.
- Involves in customer engagement and provides valuable feedback about the product and services.
- Leads and manages sales and operations to deliver optimum and time bound results.
- Adheres to the values and behaviour of NowFloats.

Work Experience:.
- Experience in building partnerships for SaaS based products companies.
- Individual with prior sales experience in the internet domain.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar domain or position preferably in B2BDotcom/BFSI/Telecom Industry.
