Our platform combines automated SEO with digital marketing boosters such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and an AI-powered Relationship Intelligence Agent (RIA) that automates customer engagement.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Cluster/Regional Manager to lead business operations, drive growth, and strengthen our market presence across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Leadership & Strategy:

- Establish and manage operations across the assigned region, ensuring smooth execution of sales and business objectives.

- Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Define and execute regional business strategies aligned with NowFloats overall vision and growth goals.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and partnership possibilities within the SMB ecosystem.

Sales Management & Revenue Growth:

- Own and drive regional sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement through effective pipeline management.

- Lead business planning and forecasting for the region; monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with targets.

- Encourage and adopt a consultative selling approach, ensuring the team adds value to customers through tailored digital solutions.

- Regularly review and optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition models.

Team Development & Training:

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and operations teams to build regional capability.

- Conduct regular product, process, and performance training sessions to upskill team members.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity within the regional team.

Customer Success & Relationship Management:

- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to engagement and renewal.

- Ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide strategic insights for improving customer satisfaction and retention.

- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to refine product positioning and value proposition.

Operational Excellence:

- Maintain discipline in data management and reporting through effective use of CRM/ERP systems.

- Drive operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, forecasting challenges, and resolving issues proactively.

- Represent the region in business reviews, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Post-Graduation preferred).

Experience:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Regional Management.

- Proven experience in SaaS, Internet, or Digital Marketing domains preferred.

- Prior experience in leading multi-location sales teams or managing partnerships for technology-driven products.
