
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, team management, and customer lifecycle management, preferably in the Dotcom, BFSI, Telecom, or SaaS domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales:
- Drive branch success by consistently achieving sales and branch targets.
- Generate own business leads and contribute to business and sales planning.
- Adopt a consultative selling approach to engage with customers and provide solutions.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct daily team reviews and ensure accurate reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Provide onboarding, product, process, and refresher training to new and existing team members.
- Encourage innovative approaches to enhance market presence and branch profitability.
Operations & Process Management:
- Oversee sales and operations to deliver timely and optimized results.
- Ensure accurate ERP usage and reporting by the team.
- Streamline and oversee a fast, smooth, and efficient customer onboarding process.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Own and manage the entire customer lifecycle.
- Engage with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide valuable feedback on products and services to enhance offerings.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in Dotcom, BFSI, Telecom, or SaaS-based product companies.
- Proven experience in building partnerships and driving business in internet or SaaS domains.
- Strong leadership, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing sales operations, reporting, and customer engagement.
