NovumLake - Financial Controller - CA

NovumLake Partners is seeking a process-oriented Finance Controller with a qualification in Chartered Accountancy. This is an opportunity for broad role with the coverage including finance and compliances of our Cat-2 AIF, Investment Manager entity and the Investee/ SPVs controlled by the Fund.

Key result areas:

- Compliances with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit requirements.

- Preparation of financial statements and investor reporting.

- Monitoring internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs across units.

- Manage liquidity, working capital, treasury functions and raising debt.

- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, bankers, and regulatory Responsibilities

Key requirements:

- Prior experience in AIF finance & compliances

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Education Qualification: CA

Prior Job Experience: 5+ years (Post-qualification) in AIF finance & compliance

Reporting To: Founder / CEO
