Role Summary:

Novo Insurance Broking Services is looking for an experienced General Insurance Sales professional to drive new business growth and strengthen client relationships across Bengaluru. The role focuses on acquiring and managing accounts, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and achieving revenue targets across GI product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned premium/revenue targets.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposals, closures, and renewals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates (as per the business focus).

- Cross-sell and upsell GI solutions: Health, Property, Marine, Liability, Engineering, Group policies, etc.

- Coordinate with internal teams (placement, claims, operations) to ensure smooth servicing and retention.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of proven sales experience in General Insurance (broker/insurer/agency channels).

- Strong knowledge of GI products, underwriting basics, and market practices.

- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Existing network in Mumbai preferred.

- Graduate required; MBA/Insurance qualifications (IRDAI-related certifications) are a plus.
