Lead O&O team  - Lead the Outsourcing team, having the end to end view of all the outsourcing areas.  - Ensure full compliance to the Novartis and Service provider contract in all its deliverables, terms and conditions. Be the source for financial analysis, budgeting, costs, savings tracking and forecasting.  - Be ultimate responsible to achieve best in class operations, driving process excellence agenda, productivity improvements across different Novartis and Service Provider sites.  Operational Delivery  - Be the business partner and drive outsourcing of transactional and related financial processes to Genpact across regions and divisions  - Develop and own the overall governance framework and structures related to outsourcing. Act as business partner in a proactive manner  - Ensure that services delivered meet agreed SLAs; perform periodical reviews and report out to Finance Heads.  - Monitor achievement CSLs (critical service levels), KMs (key measurements) and satisfaction levels together with GBPOs; approve resolution plans of any shortfalls, and follow-up to ensure issues are resolved  - Work with Genpact to address service delivery challenges (eg, retention & training)  - Act as the penultimate point of escalation for all operational issues  - Liaise with Contract Manager for all related contract areas.  - Ensure appropriate Quality Assurance implementation in Genpact to maintain service quality  - Ensure Genpact engages proper staffing in Transitions and Operations  - Coordinate and communicate day-to-day Service delivery issues; addressing, co-coordinating and prioritizing issues.   - Liase with Genpact and countries (when required) to define action plans to resolve any operational issue.  - Align Genpact regional Centers and Novartis Regional FRA and Sourcing Heads for delivery   - Support all divisions in construction of business case, reference visits, contract negotations and other topics related to outsourcing.  - Ensure compliance to all contract deliverables  Transitions  - Lead upcoming transitions verifying transition methodology is used as per Contract, toll gates are signed & documented and Genpact engages proper staffing for the transition  - Ensure transition methodology is used as per Contract and toll gates are signed & documented  - Liase with Novartis Global Process Owners to ensure alignment on activities transitioned to Genpact.  - Ensure outsourced activities are aligned to the Novartis Finance Core.  - Ensure shadow organisations are not building up in Genpact or Novartis  - Ensure first “time-right” transitions  - Ensure compliance/NFCM in Genpact operations and transitions  - Liase with contract managers for any contract related document: business case, transition costs…etc  - Ensure the business continuity and stability of operations before during and after the transition and support on site change management and consulting for all new transitions   - Be the SPOC for the Genpact Transition Lead and own the global governance for all transitions.  - Act as key interface between Novartis and Genpact.  Compliance  - Ensure compliance on NFCM in Genpact operations  - Become the SPOC for the NFCM related topics, as well as to liase with Regional and country BPCs to simplify and standardize control activities.  - Ensure action plans are defined and actions implemented to remediate deficiencies in controls  - Perform BPCR reviews on NFCM to get an independing review on testing  - Perform BPCR reviews to get an independent view on compliance on metric calculation and reporting  Education (minimum/desirable):		  - Higher degree in business administration/finances and/or comparable business experience 	 Languages:		  - English (written & spoken fluently)  - Any other languages are advantage 	 Experience:  - Solid financial background and preferably financial ser-vices experience  - 10+ years should have been spent in an finance (BPA/FRA), auditing and/or business process re-engineering, IQP positions  - Strong experience on BPO, Shared Services and in lead-ing transitions  - Worked international before, the best with diverse cul-tures  - Strong PMO, Project Management and Change Management skills  - IQP/ 6 sigma experience  - Operational work in Finance before (practical knowledge of processes like AP, AR, GL, T&E, etc.)  - Additional experience in outsourcing or other functional areas is a plus  Tulasi A Human Resources Novartis Healthcare Pvt.
