As a Disease Area Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic training initiatives that enhance sales capabilities and product knowledge. Through structured coaching and development programs, you will equip our teams to deliver consistent, high-impact performance aligned with organizational objectives.

Job Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver strategic training programs aligned with Sales and Marketing objectives

- Develop onboarding and advanced training modules for sales teams across experience levels

- Support product launches with tailored learning solutions and readiness initiatives

- Create engaging materials for sales presentations and team development sessions

- Analyze performance data and feedback to refine training effectiveness

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with commercial goals

- Implement digital learning platforms including e-learning and virtual modules

Role Requirements:

- 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of commercial operations

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective sales training programs

- Strong coaching and facilitation skills to support team development

- Proficiency in digital learning tools, including e-learning and virtual platforms

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

- Fluency in English with strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Desirable Requirements:

- Experience in medical devices, consumer health, IT, or automotive sectors

- Familiarity with AI-aided learning and advanced digital training methodologies
